Biography

Beth Clark Morrison is the Interim Chief Counsel for Health Affairs focusing on employment matters. Prior to joining Emory's Office of General Counsel in June 1997, Beth practiced as an attorney with the Atlanta firm of Troutman Sanders, where she specialized in employment litigation. A summa cum laude graduate of Valdosta State University, Beth graduated with distinction in 1993 from the Emory University School of Law, where she served as an articles editor on the Emory Law Journal and was a member of the Order of the Coif. She has coauthored employment-related articles appearing in Labor Lawyer and Human Resources Magazine. Beth is a member of the Woodruff Leadership Academy's Class of 2003, as well as the State Bar of Georgia and the American Health Lawyers Association. She serves on the Valdosta State University Foundation Board of Trustees.
