Ashley Hoffman is an Associate General Counsel focusing on health care transactions and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Emory's Office of General Counsel, she was an associate with the Atlanta law firms of King & Spalding and Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs, where she represented health care providers in compliance and reimbursement matters, False Claims Act litigation, government investigations, and regulatory disputes. Ashley graduated from Harvard Law School in 2006 and received her undergraduate degree from Harvard College, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She was a law clerk for the Honorable Frank M. Hull for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Honorable Orinda D. Evans for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Ashley is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the American Health Lawyers Association.
